Each day video is super short (between 2 and 15 minutes) and you’ll be able to apply the homework in less than 1h, sometimes just a few minutes.
You are welcome to do the whole challenge in a couple of hours if you prefer to.
Results will take longer, since SEO and Pinterest are long-term and slow methodologies. Sometimes you may be able to see results in a couple of months, sometimes it may take 6-12 months. It’s really hard to tell in this case!
