why can I help?

Hi, I’m Clàudia! I have a graphic design degree (I studied 4 years in Barcelona and Denmark’s graphic design universities) and I have 15 years of experience working as graphic designer.

Even at university, for some reason I was quite often asked by peer students how to do certain things with certain tools. And I always find it joyful to be able to provide a quick solution to help people move forward.

That’s why after having this 1:1 design support idea in my mind for over a year now, I decided to finally make it a reality to help as many creatives as I can!

What to expect as a member:

I am happy to help with design tutorials for Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign), Procreate and Canva but I can’t offer Affinity support for now.

For now, there won’t be a limit on how many questions you can ask.* 

*I just have a fair use policy, meaning that if there’s a moment in which you ask so many questions that it interferes with other members’ experience because I can’t deliver a fair treatment to everyone else, then I’ll reach out and we’ll have to prioritise + delay some of your questions.

Some of my answers may be selected to be repurposed in other areas of my business (youtube channel, social media, membership library, future training…)

I’ll try to send my answer within 24-48h, excepting weekends and holidays.

My video answers won’t show any private data (I won’t mention your name unless you ask me to)

There’s no community. It’s a service based subscription.

In the future I may build a library with all questions and answers, but for now you’ll only get your own questions answered to avoid distraction.

As a valuable member, I’ll ask for your feedback and I’m open to hear your thoughts at any time!

And yes, you can cancel your subscription when you want, if you want!

Specific tech questions like the examples I’ve shown in this page, where I can give you a concrete answer and help you move forward with your project.

Please avoid sending general questions like “how to choose the best font” or long topics like “how to design a printable”. The answers to those questions are long enough to be a course/training instead of a quick tutorial.

 

You can ask design questions for any project: your branding, social media graphics, a client project, a digital product you plan to sell…

Nothing. Each month will be different, some months you may have plenty of questions while others you may not have any. 

Yes. The links to your videos won’t expire, but you only get to keep answers to questions you asked. You don’t get access to other members answers.
